Catherine Reay is the Vice President of Administration and Human Resources at Opera Philadelphia, where she has managed people and operations for the past four years. She is responsible for overseeing compliance, technology services, benefits management, facilities, and all aspects of Human Resources. Prior to joining Opera Philadelphia, Catherine spent over 14 years as a Human Resources Consultant in the nonprofit and for profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University and has developed expertise in Human Resources through programs at Villanova University. She enjoys working in an environment that creates and presents art.
