We know that the lobbies at the Academy of Music and the Kimmel Center can be very busy before a performance. If you have any questions about where to pick up your tickets or how to get to your seat, please ask any of the staff members or ushers located in the lobby at each location.

Academy of Music Lobby

Will Call Window
The Academy of Music Will Call window is located through the main Broad Street entrance, on the left immediately after you enter the first set of doors.

Coat Check
The Academy of Music has complimentary Coat Checks located on:
• Main level: ambulatory – north side
• Balcony: ambulatory – south side
• Family Circle: ambulatory – north side

Restrooms
The Academy of Music has both Women's and Men's restrooms located on each level of the theater.

Kimmel Center Lobby

Will Call Window
The Will Call window at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is located through the main Broad Street entrance on the right.  If you enter through the Spruce Street entrance, Will Call will be on your left.

Coat Check
The Kimmel Center has a complimentary Coat Check located on the lower mezzanine level.

Restrooms
The Kimmel Center has ADA-compliant restrooms available on all levels.
