MoreOn Sunday, March 27, the women of the Opera Philadelphia Chorus joined the Wharton Wesley United Methodist Church's Faith Ensemble in their historic West Philadelphia sanctuary for an afternoon of song. Resilience & Healing, a free choral concert, paired jubilant anthems by Doris Akers and Gale Jones Murphy alongside fervent musical settings by Melissa Dunphy, Abbie Betinis, and more.
