WeVote: Poll Worker Information Session

Opera Philadelphia is pleased to announce that our organization is participating in WeVote, an initiative of the Committee of Seventy (C70), a nearly 120-year-old nonprofit, nonpartisan organization. In order to ensure more Americans take part in the democratic process, WeVote provides voters with the resources and nonpartisan information needed to be fully informed and successfully cast their ballot every election. We will be hosting events during our 24/25 season to help activate more civic engagement in the Greater Philadelphia Area. 

Pennsylvania needs poll workers! Interested in making a difference on Election Day? Join this session to learn everything you need to become a poll worker, including training requirements, roles, and responsibilities. Poll workers play a vital role in ensuring smooth and fair elections. It'sa great way to support your community and democracy in action!
