Between the Notes: The Raven

Toshio Hosokawa's The Raven is a monodrama for mezzo-soprano based on Edgar Allan Poe's poem of the same name. In this lecture, Scholar in Residence Dr. Lily Kass will explore the piece's origins and influences and introduce you to its atmospheric score.
