I bought full price tickets before Pick Your Price was announced! Can I get an adjustment?
Thank you for your support! Patrons like you make what we do possible. We are happy to help you find seating that may be better than at the time of purchase. Every dollar you spend over $11 helps support other operagoers and the work we present on stage.

I already have tickets; can I be moved to a different seat now?
Yes! We’d love to help you find a seat in a location that works best for you.

If I need to exchange my tickets, can I choose to pay less and get an adjustment?
Yes! Tickets ordered before 8/27/24 are eligible for an adjustment and refund.

PLEASE NOTE: All tickets priced over $11 for performances at the Academy of Music include a $6 per ticket Building Restoration Fee as part of the ticket price.

Opera Philadelphia reserves the right to return and refund any tickets identified as being sold above face value, minus ticket fees.

 

 

Receive Your Tickets

You can select a variety of ways to receive your Opera Philadelphia tickets.

US MAIL - Tickets will be mailed via USPS to the address provided at time of order.

WILL CALL - Tickets will be held for pick-up at the Box Office the day of the show.

DIGITAL TICKETS* - Tickets will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

MOBILE APP* - Access your tickets via our mobile app.  Learn more >>

Tickets may also be retrieved by logging in to My Account and selecting Upcoming Events.  Upcoming Events will display performances you currently have tickets for. 

In most cases, your login is the same as the email we have on file. Please contact Guest Services at 215.732.8400 with any questions.

*To help reduce fraud, Digital and Mobile Tickets barcodes will be released 48 hours before your performance. If you need your ticket sooner, we’re happy to mail it to you!

Exchange Your Tickets

Need to reschedule your performance date? Tickets are eligible for exchange until one business day prior to your performance. You can exchange to another date or even a different opera within the same season! Every effort will be made to exchange your tickets into comparable seats on the date you wish to attend. Please destroy your original tickets upon receipt of confirmation.

To exchange your tickets:

  • MAIL Opera Philadelphia, Academy House, 1420 Locust Street, Suite 210, Philadelphia, PA 19102  ALWAYS FREE
    • Enclose your tickets with a note indicating your preferred performance date or dates in order of preference
    • Please provide a phone number or email address so we may contact you to confirm your new tickets and delivery method
  • EMAIL exchanges@operaphila.org FREE
    • Use the production name as the subject header in the email
    • Include your Account Number if known
    • List your original performance date and seat locations to be exchanged
    • Indicate your preferred performance date or dates in order of preference
  • BY PHONE Call Guest Services at 215.732.8400 FREE for Members at the Patron Program level and above
    • $5 per ticket exchange fee

Donate Your Tickets

If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them back by calling Guest Services at 215.732.8400 up to 90 minutes prior to performance time. A tax-deductible receipt will be mailed shortly after the production closes.

Replace Your Tickets

If you misplace your tickets, please call Guest Services at 215.732.8400 and duplicate tickets will be issued.

If you forget your tickets or lose them on the way to the theater, stop by the Guest Services table in the lobby of the venue, and we will issue you a pass for your original seats.

Tickets may also be retrieved by logging in to My Account.
